It may have been made before the 70’s, it is hard to know because it is such a classic pattern. The overall impression is of turquoise/aqua highlighted by the other colors. The embroidery is well done, not sloppy or fast, with classic, tasteful design motifs showing elegant flowers and vines wandering over the piece in a repeating pattern.
