New Red/ Gold stripe material from a new roll and sold by the yard. Both of these materials are basically the same with some slight variation. The Watson is 60" wide with 2" stripes and the Penalty is 62" wide with approx. 1.5" stripes. The manufacturer calls it Red I would call it more Burgandy.
