Apparel/Cosplay Velvet Soft Stretch Fabric. Cool Icy Blue/Lavender with silver metallic dots. Color looks different from different angles- on white background is closest to True Tone. There is also a very subtle embossed swirl pattern in the fabric as well, however it’s very hard to capture. Underside is solid. Clean cuts. Approx 36x60”.
